The Service is provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time.

Account Creation

• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
• One person may not maintain multiple accounts

Fair Use and Acceptable Behavior

Subscription Plans

• Premium Plan: Full access to all features ($49/month or $490/year)
• Unlimited Plan: Premium features plus coaching ($99/month or $899/year)

Billing Terms

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly in advance
• Auto-renewal unless cancelled before billing date
• No refunds for partial periods (except 30-day guarantee)
• 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers
• Prices subject to change with 30 days notice

Cancellation

• Cancel anytime from your account settings
• Access continues until end of billing period
• Data retained for 30 days after cancellation
• No cancellation fees or penalties

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by NCLEXPrepAI and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Rights

• Personal, non-commercial use of the Service
• Create personal study notes and materials
• Download content for offline study (Premium+ plans)

Restrictions

• No reproduction or distribution of content
• No creation of derivative works
• No commercial use without permission
• No reverse engineering of the platform
