A. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using NCLEX Prep AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. The Service is owned and operated by NETTULZTECH CORP..

B. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf. Users between 13 and 18 should use the Service with parental or guardian supervision. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 in compliance with COPPA.

C. Educational Purpose

NCLEX Prep AI is an educational preparation platform that provides study materials, practice questions, AI-generated explanations, clinical case studies, pharmacology references, nursing skills procedures, analytics, and related educational tools designed to help nursing students prepare for the NCLEX examination.

D. No Guarantee of Examination Results

Readiness scores, pass-probability indicators, performance predictions, and analytics are estimates based on available study data. They are not scientifically validated predictions of actual examination performance and should not be interpreted as official examination predictions.

E. No Substitute for Professional Education

NCLEX Prep AI does not replace accredited nursing education, nursing school curriculum, instructors, clinical training, textbooks, official examination materials, professional nursing guidance, or advice from qualified healthcare professionals. The Service is a supplemental study tool only.

The AI tutor and all AI features must never be interpreted as representing a licensed nurse, physician, pharmacist, or other healthcare professional. AI output is not a clinical order or authoritative medical guidance.

H. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NETTULZTECH CORP. shall not be liable for:

• AI-generated content, incorrect answers, inaccurate explanations, or outdated information
• Technical interruptions, service outages, or loss of data
• Analytics, predictions, or readiness scores that do not reflect actual examination performance
• Examination results, examination eligibility, or licensing outcomes
• Reliance on educational content for clinical or professional decisions
• Third-party service interruptions or failures

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months. Certain jurisdictions may not allow some limitations; applicable law controls.

I. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining account security and password confidentiality
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access
• You are liable for all activities under your account
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these Terms

J. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Scrape, extract, or copy the question bank or proprietary content using automated tools
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code
• Bypass subscription restrictions or paywalls
• Share account credentials or allow others to use your account
• Abuse AI functionality (e.g., mass generation, prompt injection, or malicious use)
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Submit real patient identifying information into any platform feature
• Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious purpose

K. Intellectual Property

The Service's software, design, original educational content, question bank, explanations, branding, graphics, and databases are protected intellectual property of NETTULZTECH CORP. or applicable licensors. You receive a personal, non-commercial, non-transferable license to use the Service for study purposes.

We do not claim ownership over user-generated content that legally belongs to users. You retain ownership of content you create in study groups, messages, and other interactive features.

L. User-Generated Content

For study-group posts, messages, and other user-generated content:

• You grant NETTULZTECH CORP. a non-exclusive license to host, display, and process your content within the Service
• You are responsible for the content you post and must not violate others' rights
• Do not post real patient information, copyrighted material you don't own, or harmful content
• We may remove content that violates these Terms or is reported as inappropriate

M. Subscription & Payments

• Free Plan: Limited access to basic features
• Paid Plans: Full access as described on the Pricing page; subscriptions are billed monthly or quarterly in advance
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the billing date
• You can cancel anytime from your account settings or via the Stripe Customer Portal
• A 7-day free trial may be offered; you will not be charged until the trial ends
• Failed payments may result in suspended access until payment is resolved
• Prices are subject to change with reasonable advance notice
• Taxes are applied as required by applicable law

For refund inquiries, contact support@nclexprepai.com. Payment is processed by Stripe; we do not store your card number or CVV.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these Terms, fraudulent or abusive behavior, or non-payment. You may delete your account at any time through Settings or the Privacy Center.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the appropriate jurisdiction.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We maintain version history for administrative records.
